I will teach you how to prepare your body for conception via the implementation of a low-tox lifestyle and some dietary strategies. I can also offer a fertility friendly yoga practice to help balance your mind and body which can increase your chances of successfully conceiving.

Pregnancy & Birth

My desire is to help and guide you through an empowering Pregnancy and Birth. With tailored nutrition advice to match the requirements of each trimester and a personalised yoga practice adapted to you, my focus is to help you prevent and ease common pregnancy ailments such as constipation, extreme tiredness and fatigue, aches and pains, morning sickness and sub-optimal foetal positioning which may lead to undesirable birth interventions.

Postnatal Health:

In this delicate time of your life, I want to be there for you and help you be the best version of yourself; I can provide you with advice to ensure you are adequately nourished and better able to carry on your demanding tasks as a new mum. By the means of nutrition and a personalised yoga practice I can assist with common postpartum issues such as anxiety, irritability, insomnia, low milk supply, food cravings, excessive fatigue and difficulties reaching and maintaining a healthy weight.
