Nutritional Therapist, dipNT (mBANT, rCNHC) & Prenatal Yoga Teacher (YAP Specialist Teacher)

Hi and Welcome!

I am so glad you are here so I can help you have an empowering Pregnancy and Postpartum!
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (dipNT, mBANT, rCNHC) and a certified Prenatal, Postnatal and Mother & Baby Yoga teacher (YAP Specialist Teacher).
I have a special interest in Fertility, Preconception Health, Pregnancy & Postpartum.
I was born and raised in Italy where my fascination for the healing potential of food started in my late teenage years.

In my mid-twenties, I moved to London where I decided to turn my passion for nutrition into a career. I enrolled in a 3-year, in-person Nutritional Therapy course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I graduated in 2019.
In 2020, I became pregnant with my son. From the early pre-conception days, throughout my entire pregnancy, I witnessed with my own eyes the power of nutrition in influencing positive pregnancy and birth outcomes.
Thanks to a nutritional plan tailored to my needs, I was able to prevent and relieve common pregnancy ailments and enjoy a smoother, uncomplicated pregnancy.

During the second trimester of pregnancy, I started a regular prenatal yoga practice as I was adamant to stack all my odds in favour of a positive labour experience. This-combined with some additional energy work to eradicate deep seated fears and trauma-helped me achieve the empowering birth I had dreamed of.

Since starting my motherhood journey, I have become increasingly aware of the general lack of support for pregnant and postpartum women, which means mums-to-be and new mums are often struggling to make healthy choices during what is a delicate and vulnerable time.

This space is dedicated to helping women simplify their Motherhood journey through Nutrition, Yoga and Non-Toxic Living.

My clinical approach is profoundly holistic and my philosophy embraces true health that encompasses the whole person– mind, body, and spirit.
I truly believe that by working on our mindset, regulating our nervous system, eating a truly nourishing diet, and getting the right type of movement we can greatly increase our chances to have a healthy, happy pregnancy & postpartum.
It will be my absolute pleasure and honour to guide you throughout your motherhood journey and help you become the best version of yourself.
